Urbihop Hotel - Vilnius

The room we stayed in was nicely updated and had cozy beds, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay.

very quiet place. rooms are very basic but nice design. possibility to play tennis and squash.

no hairdryer in the room (just at the reception desk), breakfast very basic, no wifi but possibility to borrow a wire. a bit far from downtown. no double bed in the room but two twins with possibility to put them together.

Very good staff. English speaking, helpful persons working on the desk. Working air condition is a "plus"

Beds were located to close and could move left and right, because were conected to the wall. Beds was uncomfortable.

The location of this place is right in the center, and their breakfast options are delicious, including freshly cooked hot dishes and even soy milk.

if you plan to stay in this hotel you should check wether there is no "group" staying at the same time. We experienced the group of young poeple wo drunk and make such a big noise that there were no possibility to sleep uintil 4 AM. Hotel staff was helpless - they said "we will try to talk to them" and the situation remains (I'm not sure wether they talked to the poeple at all and only explanation from the staff was - "you see, we have the group.."). As the acuostic isolation in this hotel at zero level with the situation like that you stay sleepless during all night.

Perfect hotel with understanding staff and an UNBEATABLE location. Excellent service, cheap family room with comfortable beds, tea and panoramic window. Smooth check-in, parking outside. Everything good. Simply no complaints, nice stay.

Easy parking available and the breakfast selection is really good. It's a convenient spot for business, not too far from Pramogu Arena. Plus, you can access the Spark electric car sharing service from around here. 🚗

Good value for money, nice new building, clean rooms, decent breakfast, helpful staff. Hotel provided us extra space for our plentiful luggage and made breakfast 7:45 Sunday morning, earlier than normal.

squeaking beds, pillows a bit too big. No late night activities, even the pool table in the lobby could not be used after the sports center reception closed.

Worst service ever. I had to pay for my stay when i came to hotel even tho i had reservation via Booked.net, TV had like 5 channels and all off them in foreign languages. And last but not least, the room service came right in to my room when i was there naked with my wife. I have told we are still here, and she even told me to get the hell out of here, i had couple hours left till check out.

This place has a stylish atmosphere with exceptionally friendly staff providing efficient service.

Small reception - hardly noticable.

1. bad smell in room; 2. uncomfortable bed (with squeak); 3. very bad sound proofing (you can hear everything from next rooms and corridor; 4. far away the Old town

We were impressed and satisfied with our stay at this modern and pleasant venue with efficient service from understanding staff at a central location.

Located almoust in centrum, good size room with beds on the rail - can be connected or separated, it is fine. Buffet breakfast ok, accordingly room rate.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the rooms (the tower was with a long black hair). Also we booked double bed room, but there was two beds connected together and very often used to split apart. Also breakfast was disaster- cold, dishes looked dirty and so on.
